Big Time Gaming (BTG) are a relatively new provider located in Sydney, Australia. The team behind them however hold a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and together bring skills and experience from as far back as 1996. BTG began launching games independently in 2015 and have since literally exploded into the market, brushing aside their competitors with their innovative and exciting games designs and stormed out in front as one of the largest and most popular suppliers among both casino operators and players alike.

Big Time Gaming, more commonly known as BTG, were the first games supplier to design, implement and launch a highly sophisticated multi-way game engine, which they trademarked under the name MEGAWAYS. A totally unique and new idea which randomly distributes from two to seven symbols per reel strip on every spin. Their first game released to carry this Megaways system was Dragon Born, offering players from 64 to 117,649 ways to hitting a winning combination. Upon release this game proved incredibly popular with new and veteran players literally screaming for more.

Following the initial success, BTG went on to release Bonanza, which was destined to become the star of online casino games. Using the Megaways engine with six reels, the slot has an extra four symbols reeled in on every spin across the four middle, reels adding even more symbol positions to the game. They also introduced reactive wins where a winning combination explodes after the payout to drop more symbols on the reels for potentially further winning combos. The action reaches its climax in the free spins where each reactive win will increase the win multiplier by x1 and that indefinitely. Bonanza has since become the cream of the crop and star attraction at countless casino sites, player forums and in the gaming industry. The free spins triggering scatter combination spelling out the word GOLD has become online phenomena as the bonus round can produce massive wins exceeding 10,000x the initial stake.

After Bonanza, BTG has gone from strength to strength, releasing one hit slot after the other, including Danger High Voltage, White Rabbit, Extra Chilli and Donuts, which can be found at all popular online casinos. They also signed a licensing deal for a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire slot, replicating the immensely successful TV game show.

Another new concept that BTG pulled out of the hat before any other providers was the ‘Feature Buy’ option. The thought process behind this was to give players the chance of avoiding the sometimes long wait for the scatters to trigger the bonus rounds naturally. Instead, they can now buy the feature at a fixed cost of 50x or 100x their stake. The cost can be decreased in normal play when gold coins appear on the reels, reducing the amount at each occurrence. The feature automatically triggers when the cost is reaching zero. Games including the ‘Feature Buy’ option are White Rabbit and Extra Chilli.
