Eyecon was founded in 1997 as a computer games company and started developing real money games after the turn of the century. They are based in Brisbane, Australia with a head office on the island of Guernsey. They caught the attention of UK giant Playtech who acquired the company in 2017 as part of its vertical expansion plans.
The game studio is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, the MGA Malta and the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner.
With over 70 titles in their portfolio, Eyecon went on to develop their own Remote Gaming Server (RGS) which enables it to distribute content directly to operators and aggregator platforms such as Playtech’s bingo network Virtue Fusion. Being part of Playtech has seen their games being listed at most UK casinos, bingo sites and bookmakers as well as some Malta-based brands such as Videoslots.
