Pay Symbols
You will find the card royals from 10 to A at the low end as well as Egyptian gods including Anubis, Horus and Ankh at the high level. Wild Stays Feature
This is pay mechanic that can pack quite a punch when the right symbols line up. The feature is bet sensitive, so you will have to go through the collection for each bet size.
At the top right corner is a counter, which increases by one for each spin, up to 10 spins. Any scarab symbols with a golden frame landing during first 9 spins will leave the golden frame locked in position. On spin 10, all gold frames will turn into a wild symbol before the win evaluation is made. The display then resets and the game counts another 10 spins.

Final Verdict
While Scarab is a well-designed slot, I am not impressed with neither the gameplay nor the win potential. The Wild Stays become boring after a while as mostly the wins on the 10th spin are not much more than those from a normal spin. Plus, a full screen of the top symbol paying a mediocre 200x bet is not what avid slotting folks are chasing. Make it 2,000x the bet, and it starts to become interesting. Nevertheless, it can produce medium sized wins on a regular basis.
