Founded in 2015 only, Pragmatic Play is one of the fastest growing providers in the global iGaming market. With offices in Bucharest, Romania and Sliema, Malta, their team of over 100 developers and creators has released well over 150 slots and games that cover the entire volatility spectrum and thus appeal to all types of casino players.
The quick rise is partly thanks to licenses from the MGA Malta and the UK Gambling Commission, which cover the vast majority of regulated gaming markets. Since their foundation they also added licenses from AAMS in Italy as well as the gaming authorities in Romania, Denmark, the Philippines, Curacao and the Bahamas, expanding their footprint to more jurisdictions. Accolades and prestigious awards started pouring in with the Software Rising Star category at the 2017 and 2018 EGR B2B Awards and multiple awards at the 2017 Malta iGaming Excellence Awards as well as the 2018 Starlet Awards for Game of the Year.
Today, they are a leading supplier of multi-product content to the iGaming industry, that includes slots, scratch cards, bingo, and live casino. The latter joined their product portfolio in June 2018 when Pragmatic Play completed the acquisition of Extreme Live Gaming. They have a 100+ strong catalogue of HTML5 games which can be played on any mobile or desktop device across all OS platforms. In the meantime, they worked hard to place their games at most casino operators and today, it is hard to find a casino site that does not offer games from Pragmatic Play. Among the top brands are Mr Green, Videoslots, Betsson, Unibet and Trada Casino. In summer 2018, they also signed a deal with Microgaming to host their games on the Quickfire platform, giving them even more exposure in the crowded online gaming market.
Their slots are unique marvels of creativity and design, featuring HD graphics, stunning animations and big win potential. Covering the entire volatility scale, they offer anything from low to high variance games. At the top of the scale are some of their greatest hits such as Da Vinci’s Treasure, Great Rhino, Wolf Gold and Peking Luck, all with sky-high win potential. Peking Luck, released in mid-2018, fielded at 180,000 times the stake, the highest win potential for its time on a non-progressive slot. The excitement on Peking Luck is provided by wild substitutions, stacked wilds, and a free spins round with a multiplier that goes up to x18. A full screen of wild symbols in free spins with the top multiplier will award the crazy win that will pay at minimum bet of 0.25 credits the massive amount of 45,000 credits. Enough to by a luxury car.
