Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) is the regulator for all games of chance and betting in the Netherlands. Their work is based on the supervision and enforcement of the Betting and Gaming Act 1964. In 2021, the KSA issued the first Dutch online gaming licences to eligible operators that applied for a licence earlier in the year and passed a rigorous testing regime.
